Holiday Justice by Misty Evans and Adrienne Giordano is book #2.5 of their Justice Team series. It was a cute short holiday story that gave those fans reading this series a little something extra to enjoy.Grey, Sydney, Caroline and Mitch are all supposed to be enjoying a Christmas meal together at the newest hotspot/restaurant in DC. Of course, Mitch has to throw them all into solving a Santa theft ring. This quick holiday story provided fans of this series with a chance to spend time with them while they solved a case, provided an emergency Santa for the shelter and a swoon worthy HEA.

I was expecting the book to follow along with the others. To me this was like reading a few paragraphs to get you to buy the book. I had this book read in 30 minutes wanting a better story.
I couldn't wait to read this. I was happy to get the glimpse of our friends again, and although this is a short read, it didn't feel lacking. It had humour, action and a very nice swoon worthy moment. I loved it and for fans of Stealing Justice, it is a must read.
If you have read the other books in the series you must read Holiday Justice. It brings together your favorite couples from the previous two books and what starts out as a fun dinner among friends turns into quite the event for all involved. Complete with typical humor from Grey and Monroe, Holiday Justice will have you laughing and looking forward to the next adventure.
This is a quick fun read with all of our favourite members of the Justice Team. Syd and Grey plan a romantic dinner but Monroe decides to invite himself and Caroline along. When Monroe hears of a Santa skulking around the back alleyway of the restaurant he get paranoid knowing that there is a crime ring using Santas as a front. What ensues are a bunch of bad Santas, a naughty Syd and a warn fuzzy Christmas story that leaves you with smile at the end.

What a fun story this was!
If you have read the previous book reviews for Justice series on this blog, you know that I love them. And this was just a bonus, icing on the cake, if you may...
To have all four of them together, Sydney, Grey, Mitch and Caroline in one Christmas novella, you can bet there's conspiracy theories, crooks, fight, shooting, blaming, steak, lots of humor, fun, and steamy looks and intents. And Christmas cheer enough to share.
I enjoyed this story so much. It made me laugh out loud, maybe not wise to read it in a public place like I was, it made me sigh, and completely swoon at the end. For all romantic suspense lovers, this is the holiday novella to read!
~ Five spoons!
This short story has everything a Holiday Suspense Romance should have with a lot of smiles and laughter thrown in. It's a story with the true meaning of Christmas (love and giving) behind it but told the "Justice League Team" way!
You get Laughter (crazy Monroe up to his usual tricks) Suspense (a Santa sting operation) Smiles (at least I did picturing Grey saving the day -anything for Syd right?) and last but certainly not least, Love! Monroe & Caroline, Sydney and Grey, the couple's family style love for each other and mostly the love for the kids and the ladies at the shelter for battered women Sydney runs!
I don't like spoilers so I won't give anything away, but I'll simply say Christmas is a time for love laughter, giving and family and this wonderful story has it all (even a sexy Santa in a worn out used Santa suit - as I said, as anything for Syd oh and of course a few romantic situations are involved as well - after all the story does involve the sexy Justice "Grey" Greystone)
I am a HUGE fan of the Justice Team Series, and this Holiday Novella is a wonderful addition! All of our favorites are back as Syd has planned a romantic surprise for Grey at the must see restaurant of the year. However Mitch and Caroline will be joining in for the fun as well. Even before dinner can start Mitch's "spidey sense" starts to tingle and our fav foursome is off to fight a gang of bad Santa's.
I am not joking when I say I cried at the end, however it was the perfect and really shows how important love can be and the Hoilday's can be special if you put a little effort into them. They were able to make this year so special to a group of kids who really needed it and even more for Syd. I adore that no matter how bad their lives may have been before, Grey, Syd, Mitch and Caroline are always looking out for others and really do care about each other. I cannot wait for another Justice Team book!
